About Granicus: Granicus provides comprehensive cloud-based solutions for government communications, website design, meeting management, and digital services to over 5,500 federal, state, and local government agencies worldwide.

Role Overview: Director of Strategic Programs will lead cross-functional, high-impact projects and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives. The role involves financial modeling for acquisitions, coordinating with functional executives, and serving as portfolio company liaison with Vista Equity Partners.

Location: Remote position with travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional projects and provide analytical support to VP of Corporate Strategy and CEO
  • Coordinate among functional executives on cross-company projects and potential acquisitions
  • Lead financial modeling for new acquisitions including managing due diligence and creating deal models
  • Manage implementation of strategic initiatives to enable revenue growth and profitability
  • Serve as portfolio company point of contact for Vista Equity Partners interactions
  • Prepare materials for board of directors and executive leadership team
  • Provide Chief of Staff support to executive team as needed

Qualifications:

  • MBA required with 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • 2+ years experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development with strong financial modeling capabilities
  • 3+ years SaaS and management consulting experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience implementing business processes, systems, and reporting
  • Project management experience with complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Understanding of foundational accounting and finance principles
  • Executive presence with strong analytical and relationship-building skills
  • High proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Available for travel as needed

Compensation & Benefits: $170,000 - $180,000 base salary plus bonus
