Role Overview: The Site Supervisor will coordinate daily logistics and ensure safe operations for autonomous vehicle services, working with riders, vehicle operators, and customers while reporting to the Site Operations Manager to maintain high customer satisfaction standards.

Location: Based in Eden Prairie, MN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure operations follow rigorous safety guidelines and develop comprehensive safety culture during all shifts
• Follow daily protocols and track site performance metrics to systematically improve operational outcomes
• Collect, document, and report feedback on mechanical and vehicle-related issues to engineering teams
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to troubleshoot and handle operational escalations
• Train and coach autonomous vehicle operators through quality assessments and ride-along evaluations
• Monitor vehicle health using company observation tools and ensure continuous operational oversight

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience as people leader in fast-adapting and customer-focused environment
• Technical aptitude with strong data collection and organization capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail in all situations
• High comfort level making judgment calls in ambiguous operational situations
• Understanding of customer service best practices and ability to work effectively across organizational levels
• Associates degree in Business, Technical Operations, or related area preferred
