Role Overview: We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in developing groundbreaking autonomous driving technologies. The ideal candidate will drive complex projects forward, solving intricate technical challenges in our mission to reimagine urban transit.

Location: Hybrid role based in Ann Arbor, Michigan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in autonomous driving projects
  • Conduct data-driven problem analysis
  • Clarify project requirements and prioritize technical tasks
  • Proactively manage and mitigate project risks
  • Facilitate communication between autonomy, engineering, and operations teams
  • Develop and track project plans and progress
  • Drive decision-making through data-backed insights

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
  • 2+ years of engineering or project management experience
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles
  • Proven ability to manage complex technical projects
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High initiative and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience with autonomous systems or AI development preferred
