Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support cross-functional engineering initiatives, driving system design and requirements management for our autonomous vehicle technologies.

Location: Based in Ann Arbor, Michigan Minimal travel (1-10%)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support cross-functional engineering efforts
• Create and maintain autonomous system requirements
• Analyze stakeholder and product requirements
• Collaborate with test and validation teams
• Lead continuous improvement activities
• Evaluate industry and regulatory requirements
• Perform FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
• Develop engineering process documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 5+ years automotive engineering experience
• 2+ years autonomous driving systems expertise
• Strong knowledge of automotive technologies
• Excellent communication skills
• Systems thinking approach
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments

Preferred Skills:

• Master's degree in Engineering
• Startup experience
• Passion for autonomous vehicle technology

Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range: $115,000 - $140,000 Benefits include:
