Role Overview:
You will operate as a trusted advisor and strategic collaborator, owning solution strategy for complex opportunities while serving as an internal thought leader. This high-autonomy, high-impact role blends presales excellence with scalable leadership, influencing deals, coaching peers, and creating assets that elevate team execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead solution strategy for high-priority opportunities including discovery, documentation, and stakeholder alignment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Services, Architects, and Sales to validate design feasibility and delivery approach
- Develop and refine solution narratives connecting business goals, product value, and implementation vision
- Serve as final reviewer for solution assets created by peers and provide coaching and structured feedback
- Contribute to demo planning, stakeholder engagement strategy, and competitive positioning within active deals
- Identify opportunity patterns or challenges and recommend improvements to frameworks, processes, or tools
- Support onboarding and enablement by packaging expertise into reusable resources and coaching moments
- Shape field strategy by providing input on messaging gaps, product needs, and engagement models
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in presales, consulting, solution design, or architecture for SaaS or government tech
- Proven track record independently leading discovery, solution design, and internal coordination for complex opportunities
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to adapt messaging based on stakeholder role and agency priorities
- Ability to design modular, scalable solutions aligned to product capabilities, mission context, and delivery feasibility
- Comfortable mentoring peers, shaping internal tools, and contributing to process improvements
- Fluency with CRM systems (Salesforce), collaboration tools (Teams), and internal documentation platforms
- Experience with government stakeholder engagement and public sector solution architecture
Compensation & Benefits:
$120,000 - $130,000 base salary
