Role Overview:
Lead product strategy for next-generation rider applications that serve public transit networks. Develop scalable mobility solutions that integrate multiple transportation modes while serving diverse user populations, particularly in low-income communities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product vision and strategy for rider applications supporting large geographic areas and multi-provider transit offerings
- Design user experiences from app signup through ride completion with focus on accessibility and inclusive design
- Develop scalable integration systems for real-time public transit data and third-party transportation services
- Build communication platforms for riders covering booking, reminders, and notifications with cost-effectiveness considerations
- Create features that enable large-scale service deployment with varied policies for travel, payments, and communications
- Drive data-driven prioritization and scheduling processes across product development lifecycle
- Collaborate with software development, QA, project management, and business teams on product planning and execution
Qualifications:
- 5+ years product management experience at successful startups or large-scale global companies
- Proven track record owning broad product portfolios and building category-leading products
- Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle from planning through launch
- Strong analytical abilities and business acumen with ability to balance technical constraints and market requirements
- Experience with market research analysis and customer feedback integration
- Self-directed achiever with ability to manage tasks from concept to production
- MBA preferred; experience in public transit, mapping, or accessibility applications advantageous
Compensation & Benefits:
$150,000-$200,000 annually
