Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Data Scientist to develop advanced quantitative and statistical models that drive business innovation and product development in our transportation technology platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Bayesian models and stochastic simulations
• Conduct end-to-end data science projects
• Perform data querying, cleaning, and model deployment
• Build proof-of-concept web applications
• Communicate findings through regular presentations
• Innovate transportation modeling techniques

Qualifications:

• Master's or PhD in quantitative field (neuroscience, physics, math, computer science)
• Extensive experience with Bayesian inference and stochastic modeling
• Minimum 10,000 lines of high-quality Python code
• Full-stack data science capabilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proven academic or industry project achievements

Preferred Skills:

• SQL experience
• Publication authorship
• Startup or fast-paced environment experience
• Postdoctoral research

Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range: $125,000 - $165,000 Benefits include:
