Role Overview:
Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will develop, analyze, and submit cost proposals in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and DFARS. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure competitive and compliant pricing strategies for government contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end pricing efforts for federal and state RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs
- Build and refine accurate pricing models that address specific solicitation requirements
- Ensure all pricing proposals adhere to FAR, DFARS, CAS, and other government regulations
- Prepare cost estimates for labor, materials, subcontractors, and indirect costs
- Develop Basis of Estimates (BOEs) that substantiate cost estimates under tight timelines
- Provide strategic support and financial modeling for company-level business decisions
- Develop pricing strategies in collaboration with Capture, Contracts, and Finance teams
- Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies for proposal submissions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 4+ years of finance/accounting experience
- 1+ year of pricing experience in federal and state government contracting
- Experience with federal agencies (GSA, HHS, VA, EPA) and state/local government agencies
- Strong understanding of FAR, DFARS, CAS, GSA Schedule pricing, and procurement regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and financial analysis tools
- Experience with Cost-Plus, Firm Fixed Price, Time & Materials, and other contract types
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Compensation & Benefits:
$110,000 - $125,000 annually
