Euna Solutions - Senior Account Executive (Procurement)

About Euna Solutions: Euna Solutions provides cloud-based software for public sector procurement, budgeting, payments, grants management, and special education administration to over 3,400 organizations across North America.

Role Overview: Senior Account Executive will drive new sales of Euna Procurement solutions through prospecting and closing opportunities with public sector buyers. The role involves managing long, complex, RFP-driven sales cycles while building relationships and trust with government clients.

Location: Remote position with 20-30% travel within North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales results by achieving and exceeding set sales targets within designated territory
  • Build and manage effective pipeline by evaluating and prioritizing prospect opportunities
  • Work with Business Development Representative to develop opportunities and provide mentoring
  • Develop in-depth understanding of prospective customers' business needs and challenges
  • Coordinate customized client demos in collaboration with Sales Engineers
  • Quarterback RFP responses through Sales Support Managers and monitor required timelines
  • Build positive relationships with key decision makers and influencers
  • Present recommended solutions and communicate value propositions to customers
  • Handle customer negotiations and finalize agreements on mutually beneficial terms

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years progressive experience in strategic sales role
  • Experience selling into local governments and municipalities strongly preferred
  • Experience selling software solutions strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in related field from accredited university
  • Experience with procurement processes preferred
  • Ability to relate to diverse individuals from C-level to analyst positions
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and objection handling skills
  • Experience working with Project Managers and Professional Services teams
