We are a no-code solution that integrates with existing backend systems, enabling lightning-fast implementations that deliver modern and efficient government services.

Role Overview: You will be responsible for prospecting and generating qualified leads for our Sales Executives as an entry-level member of the Sales team reporting to the Sales Development Manager. This results-driven role requires strong natural sales talents and commitment to creating new business opportunities, with significant opportunities for compensation (no cap on commissions) and a clear career path to an Account Executive role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, follow up and educate high volume of cold leads into prospects
  • Develop thorough knowledge of SimpliGov platform and value proposition
  • Use Salesforce and sales enablement tools according to SimpliGov standards
  • Support Sales Executives by prospecting and scheduling qualification meetings and product demos
  • Maintain sufficient volume of outbound activities to achieve or exceed monthly quota of scheduled demos and qualified opportunities

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of SDR experience
  • Proven experience in generating 80% of opportunities through cold outbound prospecting
  • Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant working experience
  • Outstanding written, verbal & presentation skills
  • Comfortable, confident & professional in contacting potential customers
  • Strong entrepreneurial personality, self-motivated and self-managing
  • Prior experience using Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Apollo (or other sales automation and CRM systems)

Compensation & Benefits: $50,000 - $60,000 base salary + commission + benefits (no cap on commissions) Medical, dental, and vision insurance, technology and transportation expense reimbursements, health club membership, 401(k) with company matching, and Freedom paid time-off policy.
