Role Overview:
You will manage support of mid-to-large scale government products, working closely with engineers, designers, and government partners to triage issues and coordinate multiple contractor teams. This role requires working at the intersection of government and Nava teams to manage sprint processes and remove blockers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sprint processes, estimate efforts, and triage incidents for government projects
- Coordinate multiple contractor teams to align large ecosystems and create holistic success
- Build relationships with stakeholders and other contractors proactively
- Track and communicate progress, manage expectations, and remove blockers
- Manage team velocity and continuously improve processes for organizing work
- Report risks, successes, progress, and failures accurately to stakeholders
- Understand team objectives, systems, and capabilities to make priority decisions
Qualifications:
- 5+ years as Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Product Manager in complex software environments
- Experience with ticketing systems, preferably Jira and Confluence
- Experience leading complex projects with significant milestones, dependencies, and integrations
- Experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and CI/CD practices
- Strong experience working with product, design, and engineering teams
- Government project management experience (state or federal) preferred
- Experience with iterative projects using prototypes and user research preferred
- Strong organizational skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Compensation & Benefits:
$126,000 - $139,500 annually
