Role Overview:
Manage diverse litigation portfolio including commercial disputes, privacy matters, and intellectual property litigation while providing regulatory guidance for transportation technology operations. Serve as key legal team member supporting rapidly growing mobility business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of litigation including commercial disputes, auto liability claims, and patent matters
- Develop case strategy, oversee discovery, draft motions and pleadings, and manage outside counsel relationships
- Represent company in pre-litigation mediations and arbitrations to achieve favorable resolutions
- Provide business-oriented legal advice to Operations, Partnerships, and Product teams on regulatory compliance
- Conduct legal research and analysis on novel questions arising from innovative transportation business models
- Monitor new legislation and regulations impacting transportation operations and advise on potential business impacts
- Support legal team with third-party subpoenas and information requests
Qualifications:
- J.D. from accredited law school with bar admission and good standing in at least one U.S. state
- 4+ years relevant legal experience with significant litigation work at leading law firm, in-house department, or government agency
- Strong written and oral communication skills to explain complex legal concepts to non-legal audiences
- Strategic thinking ability with sound legal and business judgment
- Highly organized with ability to independently manage multiple high-stakes projects in fast-paced environment
- Experience in transportation, mobility, or technology sectors preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
$180,000-$200,000 annually
