Role Overview: You will bridge the gap between Sales and Implementation, ensuring a smooth and informed transition from contract signing to project kickoff. This critical role involves maintaining engagement with clients who delay implementation while owning the new client setup process including subscription enablement, data onboarding coordination, and platform updates.

Location: Remote (Eastern or Central US time zones preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend final sales calls to capture key implementation details, requirements, and expectations
  • Document and relay relevant implementation information to internal stakeholders (Client Success Leadership, Implementation Managers, Solutions Advisors)
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients in post-sale, pre-implementation phase to build trust and maintain momentum
  • Develop and execute personalized communication plans for clients delaying implementation
  • Monitor client readiness and proactively coordinate next steps to ensure timely onboarding
  • Own client setup activities including enabling subscriptions, submitting data onboarding requests, and updating CRM and CSP systems
  • Support At-Risk Client Workflow through outbound calls and emails to re-engage stalled implementations
  • Coordinate scheduling of follow-up meetings, training sessions, and transition calls
  • Maintain detailed records of client touchpoints, timelines, and risks in Client Success Platform and project tracking systems
  • Collaborate with Sales and Client Success teams to ensure accurate, up-to-date client information

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as Sales Support, Customer Success, or Implementation Coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients and timelines simultaneously
  • Proficient in CSP systems (ChurnZero, Gainsight, Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to evolving client needs and internal priorities
  • Ability to manage outreach efforts across multiple clients with limited supervision
  • Self-motivated, quick study with track record of achievement
  • Strong problem-solving skills and entrepreneurial spirit
