Role Overview:
Serve as strategic partner and trusted operator to Via's CEO, owning key workflows and ensuring execution at the highest leadership levels. This is not a traditional administrative role but rather a right-hand partner role supporting executive functions.
Location:
NYC-based position with 3-5 days per week in-person expectation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as extension of CEO's time, energy, and judgment in strategic partnership capacity
- Manage complex scheduling and calendar coordination across time zones with precision
- Prepare for high-stakes meetings including agendas, materials, briefs, and follow-ups
- Facilitate internal communications and support executive alignment across functions
- Handle sensitive information with discretion while maintaining absolute confidentiality
- Coordinate travel logistics and day-to-day operational requirements
- Partner with internal leaders and external partners to support initiatives and move projects forward
- Build and refine scalable administrative processes for executive function efficiency
Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience in executive support, business operations, or similar field
- Experience in tech, startup, or fast-paced environments preferred
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Exceptional communication abilities with strong emotional intelligence and sound judgment
- Ability to remain calm and focused under high-pressure situations
- Comfortable working with ambiguity while juggling multiple priorities
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach with ability to anticipate needs
Compensation & Benefits:
$115,000-$145,000 annually
