Role Overview:
Customer Success Consultant will serve as a strategic advisor for high-value government clients, driving adoption and long-term success through personalized service. The role involves conducting quarterly strategic reviews, developing success plans, and supporting budget planning for strategic accounts.
Location:
Remote position with up to 25% travel for client meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as dedicated strategic advisor to high-impact portfolio of government clients
- Conduct quarterly Strategic Review meetings to assess progress and identify opportunities
- Develop and maintain shared Success Plans outlining customer objectives and milestones
- Provide annual Budget Planning Documents to support customer funding requests
- Analyze customer usage data to inform proactive outreach and recommendations
- Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Support teams to resolve issues
- Identify expansion opportunities through consultative conversations
- Assist with RFP responses and present to finalist customer panels
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and customer success platforms
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years experience in customer success, account management, or consulting
- Proven ability to manage executive relationships and lead strategic planning conversations
- Experience with strategic or enterprise clients preferred
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and customer success tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with public sector organizations preferred
- Available for up to 25% domestic and international travel
Compensation & Benefits:
$60,000 - $73,000 base salary (excludes bonus/commission)
