Role Overview: You will identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships that support Nava's mission to improve digital public services. This role focuses on developing relationships with technology providers, implementation partners, and subcontractors while managing three Joint Venture relationships and supporting proposal development across the portfolio.

Location: Remote position available in: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, DC, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with small businesses, large integrators, and mission-aligned partners
  • Maintain partner database including capabilities, past performance, and socio-economic certifications
  • Represent Nava at partner meetings, conferences, and industry events
  • Lead partnering strategy on capture efforts and identify complementary capabilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate teaming agreements, NDAs, and subcontracting plans
  • Coordinate with Proposal Manager to ensure timely partner inputs for solicitations
  • Research emerging opportunities, contract vehicles, and strategic partners
  • Support go-to-market strategies for new service lines and verticals

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, strategic alliances, or capture management in government contracting
  • Proven B2B sales ability and deep understanding of government procurement processes
  • Experience negotiating and managing teaming agreements and NDAs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in compliance-driven environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience with small business subcontractors and socio-economic classifications preferred
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Compensation & Benefits: $130,000 - $147,000 annually Comprehensive health coverage, 401(k) match (4%), annual performance bonus, parental leave, sabbatical leave after continuous service, and professional development budget.
