Role Overview:
You will drive revenue growth within the tourism segment, identifying and engaging destination marketing organizations, convention and visitors bureaus, regional tourism organizations, government tourism departments, and chambers of commerce using consultative selling techniques.
Location:
Remote-first position (frequent travel required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales generation and market expansion within designated tourism territory
- Collaborate with Marketing Team and Business Development Reps for robust lead pipeline
- Set up and deliver engaging sales presentations and customized software demonstrations
- Respond to RFPs and craft compelling value propositions for tourism organizations
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive proposals and demonstrations
- Maintain documentation in CRM system tracking interactions, forecasts, and activities
- Cultivate network of key industry stakeholders in tourism and travel sectors
- Engage prospects through consultative, insight-based selling techniques
- Manage significant territory independently with frequent travel for client meetings and industry events
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in SaaS or technology sales
- Direct experience selling to destination marketing or travel-related organizations preferred
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, manage, and close complex sales opportunities
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of business process technology intersections
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Dynamic, outgoing personality with proven networking abilities
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Forward-thinking strategic mindset with ability to anticipate market trends

Compensation & Benefits:
$80,000 - $90,000 base salary (excludes bonus/commission)
