Role Overview: We are seeking a strategic Partnerships Principal to lead business development and partner success for our rapidly growing Student Transit team, driving innovative transportation solutions for school districts across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new partnerships with school districts and education departments
• Serve as primary point of contact for partner success
• Communicate with stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Develop compelling proposals and RFP responses
• Collaborate cross-functionally to launch student transit programs
• Build and improve partnership processes and materials

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of client-facing experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures
• Proactive problem-solving approach
• Self-starter with strong ownership instincts
• MBA preferred (not required)

Preferred Skills:

• Education or student transportation background
• B2G sales or account management experience
• Experience in consultative customer success

Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range: $145,000 - $165,000 Benefits include:
