Role Overview:
Manage daily operations for Via's mobility technology platform while driving continuous improvement and growth of transportation services. Oversee real-time operations for services performing thousands of rides daily in partnership with public transit agencies.
Location:
Salt Lake City Metro area with 3 days per week in-field requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and positive rider and driver experiences
- Oversee real-time operations for high-volume ride services performing thousands of trips daily
- Manage driver supply to ensure adequate coverage for demand fluctuations
- Serve as real-time point of contact for operational issues and implement creative problem-solving solutions
- Respond to driver feedback and live customer issues while engaging with local stakeholders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to scale operational processes, systems, and tools for rapid growth
Qualifications:
- Experience in project management, operational process creation, and customer service
- Track record of end-to-end business ownership with history of meeting KPIs and revenue goals
- Strong communication skills for professional interaction with partners, customers, and drivers from diverse backgrounds
- Self-starter comfortable with high levels of responsibility and ambiguous situations
- Willingness to take on multiple roles and contribute to various project types
- Based in Salt Lake City Metro area with team management experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Spanish language ability advantageous
Compensation & Benefits:
$55,000-$65,000 annually
