Role Overview: We are seeking a Field Manager to oversee daily operations of our Transit-as-a-Service (TaaS) platform, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer experiences across our mobility services.

Location: In-person position in New York or New Jersey area (4-5 days on-site per week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operational logistics and driver supply
  • Ensure appropriate vehicle service to meet demand
  • Respond to driver and customer issues in real-time
  • Analyze operational metrics to optimize performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale processes
  • Implement creative solutions to operational challenges
  • Take ownership of operational growth and improvement

Qualifications:

  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in operational process development
  • Excellent customer service background
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Multi-site management experience preferred
  • Comfortable with dynamic, fast-changing environments
  • Team-oriented with high level of personal responsibility
  • Bachelor's degree a plus
